Our legal practice is restricted to personal injury litigation. We have developed an expertise in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, occupier liability claims, long-term disability claims, medical malpractice, professional negligence and intentional torts.
We are well-recognized in the insurance bar as specialists in representing seriously injured people and their families. With over 35 years of cumulative legal experience we have settled thousands of personal injury cases. We pride ourselves on our trial and arbitration experience which ensures that we obtain the best possible results for our clients.
We are problem solvers. Our objective is to assist our clients with every aspect of a case including any issues which arise from a personal injury including wrongful dismissal and Canada Pension Plan disability claims. Kevin graduated in 1994 from Osgoode Hall Law School (York University). He was called to the Ontario bar in 1996. For the last 19 years Kevin has practiced exclusively in the area of plaintiff personal injury litigation.
He has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, among others.
Kevin is the proud father of a very precocious twelve year old. In his spare time he enjoys travel and spending time with his family and friends.
He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Ontario Trial Lawyer's Association.
Kevin has published articles in the Litigator and the Advocate and one of his cases was featured in Macleans magazine.
AURORA MANCUSOAurora obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
Since her call to the Ontario Bar, she has devoted her practice exclusively to plaintiff personal injury litigation, including accident benefits, motor vehicle tort claims, occupiers' liability, municipal liability, product liability, and disability benefit claims.
She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Canada Pension Review Tribunal.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, trying out new recipes, and spending time outdoors and with her friends and family.
Aurora is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Canadian Bar Association, and the Ontario Bar Association.
In 2006 Kevin Wolf and Jason Kimelman founded the law firm of Wolf Kimelman.
Our goal was to create a collaborative partnership with an expertise in representing seriously injured individuals and their families.

JASON M. KIMELMAN
Jason obtained his law degree from the University of Windsor and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003.
Jason handles all personal injury claims stemming from motor vehicle accidents, occupiers' liability (i.e. slip and falls, etc.), and assaults. In addition, Jason will take care of all collateral issues including accident benefit claims, long term disability claims, Canada Pension Plan appeals and Criminal Injuries Compensation Board hearings.
Jason takes pride in solving problems and catering to all of his clients' needs.
When not working, Jason enjoys sports, music, food and spending time with his wife and 3 boys.
Jason is on the Board of Governors for B'nai Brith Canada and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association. He is also a proud donor of The Hospital for Sick Children.
MARLA M. PECCHIA
Marla completed her Bachelor of Arts (Honours) majoring in History and Psychology at York University in 2009, and subsequently worked in market research before commencing her legal studies in the United Kingdom. Marla secured her LL.B from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England in 2012, obtaining a first class honours degree, graduating top of her class. Marla was also a founding member of the Canadian Law Society, an organization that focuses on issues unique to the Canadian Legal System. While at Kent, Marla honed her oral advocacy skills participating in the moot program and was a member of the award-winning Kent Law Clinic.
Marla has been a valued member of the team at Wolf Kimelman since 2012. She was called to the bar in 2015 and has represented clients before many levels of courts and administrative tribunals including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Small Claims Court, the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board and the Social Security Tribunal of Canada.
Marla is passionate about advocating for her client's rights and achieving the best result possible for them. Marla truly cares about people and she works diligently for her clients during what can be very trying personal circumstances. Her practice is restricted to personal injury litigation and her work focuses primarily on motor vehicle accidents, disability insurance, occupiers' liability, medical malpractice and negligence claims.
