Our Goal Is To Ensure That We Honestly And Fairly Represent Our Clients
We understand that our clients are in crisis. We handle all aspects of a case from the very
beginning to the end. We personally handle all court attendances and ensure that our clients
are properly represented in every instance to obtain the best possible outcome.
Our legal practice is restricted to personal injury litigation. We have developed an expertise in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death, occupier liability claims, long-term disability claims, medical malpractice, professional negligence and intentional torts.
We are well-recognized in the insurance bar as specialists in representing seriously injured people and their families. With over 35 years of cumulative legal experience we have settled thousands of personal injury cases. We pride ourselves on our trial and arbitration experience which ensures that we obtain the best possible results for our clients.
We are problem solvers. Our objective is to assist our clients with every aspect of a case including any issues which arise from a personal injury including wrongful dismissal and Canada Pension Plan disability claims. Let us remove the stress and anxiety associated with being injured or the loss of a loved one.
